Facility
In 1994 the pharmaceutical company, Hoffmann-LaRoche, donated a 45,000 square foot building to TCI. The building is located at One Sunset Avenue in Verona. The 7 acre property spans an elevation that is among the highest in Essex County. By July 1999, more than $6 million dollars of renovations converted the building into a state-of-the-art school. On September 9, 1999, TCI officially opened its doors at this location.
